BALANCE FITNESS STUDIO
We offer small-group training for women only. We are 3 trainers with different training styles offered at different time options. A member chooses a trainer and her time, committing to 2, 3, or 4 days a week. Strength training - Barre - Pilates - Spin - Step are some of the modalities performed in training classes. Our fees are due at the beginning of each month and paid each month, with no contract or fees.
