BALANCE FITNESS STUDIO
We offer small-group training for women only. We are personal fitness trainers with different training styles offered at different time options. A member chooses a trainer and her time, committing to 2 - 4 days a week. Strength training - Barre - Pilates Springboard are some of the modalities performed in training classes. Our fees are due at the beginning of each month and paid each month, with no contract or fees.
ALL CLASSES ARE CURRENTLY AT FULL CAPACITY
Check our Online scheduler for possible 8am & 9am class openings at drop-in rate of $10.
